Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the connection of floor heating parts as well as to make the surface of the floor heater even by a method in which the open ends of connection pipes are fitted on the peripheries of hot water pipes and clamped by clip type hose bands, and the band knob is turned through 90°.
CONSTITUTION: Plural floor heating panels 20 and 21 are laid over the surface of floor, and T-shaped pipe 31 provided at the outlets of adjacent outwards and return hot water pipee 28 and 29 are positioned in the face of I-shaped pipes 32 provided at the inlets of the other outwards and return hot water pipes 28 and 29. A rubber connection pipe 39 is cut to a given length and its periphery is fitted with a clip type hose band 41. Then, one open end of the rubber connection pipe 39 is fitted on the T-shaped pipe 31 and I-shaped pipe 32, and the other open end is fitted on the other T-shaped pipe 31 and I-shaped pipe 32. And, they are securely fixed by means of the hose band 41. The knob 41A of the hose band 41 is positioned by turning through 90° in such a way as not to project it upwards.
