PURPOSE:To obtain an adjusting device of a magnetic convergence which can ensure an effective magnetization or demagnetization for a permanent magnet, by providing a means that can prevent the flowing of a magnetic flux which does not contribute to the magnetization or demagnetization of the permanent magnet between the adjacent magnetic cores. CONSTITUTION:Eight pieces of magnetic cores 331, 332... are provided to protrude to the inside to form the magnetic cores, and the coils 351, 352... are wound round these magnetic cores. Then a prescribed pulse current is supplied from the current input/output parts 341 and 342 to generate, at respective magnetic cores 331, 332..., the magnetic fields that can give the magnetization or demagnetization to a premanent magnet. In this case, a flow 36 of magnetic flux is generated between the magnetic cores when the cores 332 and 331 are S and N, respectively. In this connection, the nonferromagnetic conductors 371, 372, 373... such as copper, aluminum or the like are buried between respective magnetic cores so that only the top surfaces 331', 332'... of the magnetic cores are exposed. As a result, the flow 36 of magnetic flux does not enter the nonferromagnetic conductor part to increase the magnetic flux that can contribute to the magnetization or demagnetization of a permanent magnet. Thus an effective magnetization or demagnetization is possible for a permanent magnet.
