Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize an offset of the parasitic capacity and reduce the loss of insertion, by securing a unified formation near the input/output interdigital electrodes for an inductance element which is connected in parallel to these electrodes of an elastic surface wave device. CONSTITUTION:Interdigital electrodes 2 snd 3 for both input and output electricity- to-surface wave conversion are formed on a surface of a ceramic plate 1 with a distance secured between them by evaporating an electric conductor such as an aluminum layer. Then an inductance element 4 is formed on the surface of the ceramic substrate 1 by use of a surface wave propagating path that is enclosed by the electrodes 2 and 3.
