Abstract

PURPOSE:To utilize the thickness of a partitioning wall as an air processing space effectively by a method wherein a columnlike cavity occupying from a floor to a ceiling is provided in the partitioning wall for forming a room and the columnlike cavity is divided into an outdoor air processing space and a space for air-conditioning equipments. CONSTITUTION:A columnlike unit casing 3 is attached to a corner part whereat the partitioning wall 2 is attached to an outer wall 1 for a guest room or the like in a hotel so as to serve as a part of the partitioning wall 2. The casing 3 is formed by adhering a sound shielding board end a heat insulating board and the interior thereof is divided into three thin columnlike spaces or the outdoor air pcoessing space 5 and the spaces 6a, 6b for the air-conditioning equipments by a T-shaped partitioning plate 4. The space 5 is utilized as an outdoor air intake passage and a heat source water introducing pipe 9, a returning pipe 10 for the same and a drain pipe 11 are accommodated in this space. On the other hand, the spaces 6a, 6b are provided with air blow-out port 8, 8' and air suction ports 7, 7' at the upper and lower sides thereof while the air-conditioning equipments such as a coil 12, a fan 13 and the like are accommodated therein.
