Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently and accurately obtain a circular-ring primitive coil by a method wherein the coil in a fixed shape is formed in an opening gap formed between a pair of revolving bodies which are separable and coaxially rotatable, and a pressing force is released after the integration of the coil. CONSTITUTION:The first and second disklike pushing plates 10, 12 are rotatably fitted to a rotating shaft 8, the surfaces of those pushing plates 10, 12 facing to each other are flat planes orthogonal to the shaft 8 and the 2nd pushing plate 12 is formed a disklike convex 14 closely attached to the facing surface at the central part of the 1st pushing plate 10. A supporting shaft 22 is disposed in parallel to the central axis of the rotating shaft 8, the supporting shaft 22 is fitted with a movable 3rd pushing plate 24, and the pushing plate 24 is constructed by a circular frame 26 agreed with the central axis of the shaft 8 and a pushing click 28 extending from the inner peripheral edge of the frame 26. Wires 18 are layer-built in the gap formed between the 1st and 2nd pushing plates 10, 12 to form the circular primitive coil, and then, the layer-built wires 18 are fixed and integrated so as not to be separated.
