Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize smooth control with no disturbance, by supplying the automatic command output directly to a positioner to control the valve opening and at the same time applying the output of the positioner to the operation terminal via a switch which is turned on and off by the timer system. CONSTITUTION:Based on a command given from the master station 1, the slave station 5 performs an opening control of a flow rate control valve by an automatic or manual method. In case of a manual operation, the switch 17A is connected as shown in the diagram. Then the motor 12 is driven via a controller 17 to control the valve opening. The opening of valve is fed back to the positioner 11 via the opening oscillator 15 and converter 16. In the case of an automatic operation, the switch 17 is switched to the opposite side to that shown in the diagram. And at the same time, the switch 11A is turned on for a certain time with the output of the timer systems 19, 20 and 21 each to give a feedback control to the valve opening.
