PURPOSE:To investigate service by sampling at random many and unexpected originating subscribers automatically and efficiently while realizing new service easily by connecting a trunk in parallel to originating subscribers. CONSTITUTION:At the outgoing line side of switch frame SWF of an automatic telephone exchange, special originating register SPOR is provided which can transmit and receive various pieces of information required for originating connections from originating subscriber SUB and make call connections. At the other outgoing line side of frame SWF, special trunk SPT is provided connecting with register SPOR which can transmit and receive various pieces of switching information, originating subscriber information, etc. In response to many and unspecified originating connection requests, the main channel between subscriber SUB and trunk SPT and that between subscriber SUB and subscriber SUB are temporarily closed in a series of processes of register SPOR to connect trunks SPT and OGT in parallel from the same subscriber terminal via frame SWF.
