PURPOSE:To obtain stable driving force by improving greatly the operation efficiency of electromagnetic force by fitting a magnet on the circumferential wall of a stator and by making its magnetic poles face to the same magnetic poles of the magnet of a needle fitted to a moving member. CONSTITUTION:Moving member 4 fitted with needle 12 is provided movably to right and left on the circumferential wall of stator 8 wound with coil 10 around its outside circumference. To needle 12, magnet 13 having the internal wall as pole N is fitted and in stator 8, magnet 15 is buried partially in the circumferential direction so that the said pole N will face to the same magnetic pole, keeping needle 12 and stator 8 separate from each other. In this constitution, the magnetic flux of the pole N of magnet 13 enters magnetic member 9 by cross-linking to coil 10, so flowing a current through coil 10 as shown in the figure makes leftward electromagnetic force operate upon coil 10, so that needle 12 will move by its reaction. Thus, the efficiency is greatly improved and the smooth operation is obtained.
