Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the test time of an interruption function considerably, by comparing and collating the value of a program counter with the value of a vector address holding circuit when a microprocessor accepts an interruption. CONSTITUTION:The interrupt vector address is set fixedly or semifixedly preliminarily, and it is checked whether the value of program counter PC2 coincides with the value of vector address holding circuit 4 or not by comparing circuit 5 when the microprocessor accepts the interrupt. In this case, the result of comparison is obtained from gate circuit 3 without the queuing time, so that the test time is shortened considerably.
