Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide color displaying and expand functions in a printer facsimile by using ray generating parts for plural colors, a selection shutter and a display shutter. CONSTITUTION:At the same instant when the selecting part 17a of a selection shutter 16 turns on and the ray of a red color from a ray generating part 14a arrives at a display shutter 22, the corresponding dot 23 is turned on by the instruction of a display shutter driving signal 36. Then, the ray of a red color passes only the dot 23 in the on-state, and arrives at the red sensitive layer, thereby making a latent image there. Thereafter, ray generating parts 14b, 14c turn on successively in the similar manner, whereby a green color and a bluish purple color are respectively formed as latent images on photosensitive paper 26. Next, a drum 24 turns by 1 pitch, and again the selecting part 17a of the selection shutter 16 turns on, and the above-mentioned operation is repeated.
