Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a linear focus despite the movement of a light source in the longitudinal direction by constituting a semicircular striplike convex lens. CONSTITUTION:This lens consists of a baglike molding of transparent glass, plastics or filmlike transparent material sealed therein with liquid or a specific gas and forms a lens 1 of a semicircular strip shape. For example, a linear focus 3 is formed during the day's irradiation of the sun 4, 5 by setting the longitudinal direction of the lens in the east/west direction and moving the center of the convex lens four times a year in the height directions of the sun 4 and sun 5 in the spring, summer, autumn and winter. Namely, the linear focus of the light source moving along the longitudinal direction is formed.
