Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the required time per one bit for changing point detection and sample number counting, by the operation once every bit train in parallel for the detection of changing point and sample number, by paralleling bit train every multiplex unit. CONSTITUTION:When the parallel input bit train is incoming from the input terminal 11, the (n+2)-bit with the 2 bits immediately before the same line of the input bit train stored in the line memory 12 and it, is fed to the changing point detecting circuit 13 to detect the changing point to the start bit. The reception state discriminating circuit 14 discriminates if the start bit is received and the reception state is stored in the reception memory 20 every line. The sample number is counted at the sample number counting circuit 15, and the sample number of the result is stored in the sample counter memory 16 every line. The representative point of the sample bit is extracted up at the extracting circuit 17 and the extracted points are processed with the logic of decision by majority.
