Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the function which absorbs the power reflected at the mixer circuit, by connecting the resistor to the output line of the microwave solid oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Resistance 21 which is set properly is connected to output line 5 of the microwave solid oscillator. When this oscillator is used for the local oscillator of the receiver, the excessive input signals which are reflected by mixer diodes 10 and 11 are put into output terminal 7 of the oscillator and then absorbed all into resistance 21. As a result, the signals are never reflected again at the side of mixer circuit 8 to eliminate the unbalance of the signal input to be supplied to the mixer diode. The same effect can be obtained not only by connecting resistance 21 to the open end 6 of output line 5 but by connecting the resistance in parallel or series to the output terminal of line 5.
