Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an output having a precise phase shift from a dominant wave by an externally applied signal, by providing PLL and a flip-flop which is set and reset with the outputs of setting and resetting programmable counter. CONSTITUTION:Phase detector 2, LPF3, VCO4, and dedicated program counter 5 constitute PLL. The contents of switch 8 for setting programmable counter 7 are set synchronizing with fundamental frequency signal (a) of low frequency wave source 29. On the completion of counting operation, output signal (d) is generated to set FF11 and at the same time, the signal is sent to resetting programmable counter 9 to open the gate for the input to counter 9, which starts counting. When the counting of counter 9 is completed, output (f) is generated and supplied to flip- flop 11, which is reset.
