Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the seams of semiconductor chips inconspicuous, by providing the open space of the semiconductor chips, on which fluorescent-body picture elements are arranged in a zigzag pattern, with both laterally connected pads and longitudinally connected pads, which are connected to each other by means of bonding wires.
