Abstract
PURPOSE: To purify oil highly by treating said oil by an electric field charger acting an electric field, a centrifugal separator, a water removing apparatus having a water absorbing substance enclosed therein and an electrostatic oil purifying machine in order to only pass said oil once through an oil treating system.
CONSTITUTION: The electric field charger 1 acting electric field on the oil, the centrifugal separator 2, the water removing apparatus 3 having a water absorbing substance enclosed therein and the electrostatic oil purifying machine 4 are connected by connecting pipes 5 to constitute the oil treating system. The polluted oil (a) treated by the aforementioned electric field charger 1 is treated by the centrifugal separator 2, the water removing apparatus 3 and the electrostatic oil purifying machine 4 in order to obtain the highly purified oil (b). The electric field charger is one having tanks and plural electrodes arranged in each tank and the water removing apparatus 3 has a tank and a material comprising coating by an acrylic water absorbing gel on a surface of a core material made of an acrylic fiber in each receiver tanks. The electrostatic oil purifying machine 4 has an electrode and a dust collecting body in a receiver tank.
