Further, the character of one line sentence on the price tag 1 is read in, and the result of recognition is stored in the buffer register 11, then the content of the register 11 is started for transfer to the external device 12 if the control 10 can transfer, and the display device 7 is illuminated. Further, when the transfer is finished, the display device 7 is distinguished.
