Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When the operator sets the work 12 on a lower die 11 and pushes the both hand pushbutton switch for starting the machine, the upper die mounting part 9 which stays still and is standing by outside the working range of a forcing shaft 7 is moved to the working range of the forcing shaft 7 by the slide mechanism of the machine body. When it is checked by a limit switch or the like, it is stopped, at the same instant of which, the shaft 7 begins to descend. As the shaft 7 descens, a hammer 8 contacts a sleeve 13 and causes the sleeve 13 to descend while compressing a compression spring 17, thereby pressing the work 12. When the operator releases the both hand pushbutton switch, the shaft 7 ascends and the sleeve 13 is moved upward by the action of the spring 17. After a slight time, the mounting part 9 resets to the home stop position. Next, the operator discharges the work 12 and this completes one cycle.
