Abstract
PURPOSE:To try the improvement of workability without causing the deterioration of magnetic characteristics by winding an amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate in almost the same shape as that at the time of winding a tape wound core wherein the thin plate is wound on a winding coil after applying heat treatment to the thin plate in a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A tape wound core having almost the same outside diameter as that of a winding coil 2 is used and an amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate 4 is wound on the core 6 for fixing. Next, heat treatment is applied to a wound body 5 winding the above thin plate in a predetermined magnetic field. The heat treatment is performed while almost equally applying a linear and parallel external magnetic field to the whole area of the wound body under air, vacuum or inert gas. Then, the thin plate is successively sent out from the cooled wound body and wound on the winding coil to perform the winding of a tape wound core. In this way, workability will exceptionally be improved.
