Abstract
PURPOSE:To repeatedly scan and reproduce a video signal which has been obtained by a scanning signal of once, by converting a digital video signal to an analog signal by the D/A converter whenever a digital video signal is read out, and inputting it in order to the monitor equipment. CONSTITUTION:The timing circuit 4 which has received a command for starting the monitor sets a head address of the memory circuit 8 to the address counter 7, and detects a transfer clock 3 of the first picture element. In updates the contents of the counter 7 and provides the address information 17 to the circuit 8. The digital video information 20 of every picture element which is read out from the circuit 8 is converted to an analog 21 by the D/A converter 9 whose input/output relation is entirely opposite to the A/D converter 6, and it is input to the monitor equipment 10. A waveform which is almost same as a video signal obtained by scanning in the past is reproduced in the equipment 10.
