Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a video signal having no time difference in each field without causing the deflection, by simultaneously transferring a picture element signal to the first and second vertical register groups from the photoelectric conversion element. CONSTITUTION:Plural elements 10 consisting of photoelectric conversion elements 10a-10f are placed, vertical registers 11, 12 are provided on both the sides, respectively, and horizontal registers 13, 14 are provided on their upper part. The register 11 stores and transmits a picture element signal in accordance with a control signal from the load control terminal 17 and the shift control terminal 18, and the register 12 sotres and transfers a picture element signal in accordance with a control signal from the load control terminal 19 and the shift control terminal 20. The register 13 transfers a picture element signal from the register 11. The picture element signals which have been stored in the registers 13, 14 are sent to the signal switching part 15 for transfer, are switched at every field period, and are let to the output terminal 16.
