Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate an attachment of foreign substances and secure a transmission of the steady optical signal to the photoelectric converting film to increase the resolution, by providing a light transmissive thin film between the receiving surface of the optical fiber bundle and the transmitting original. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of light transmissive glass thin plate having a thickness of about 50mum or less, such as the microsheet 11, is unified on the bottom surface 3b of a contact fiber substrate 3 as well as the bottom surface 10a of the attachment substrate 10 of the light source 1. Furthermore a conductive metal film of In2O3, SnO3, etc. is coated on the surface of the sheet 11. Thus the slope 3a and the bottom surface 3b of the substrate 3 containing the receiving surface 4a of the optical fiber hundle are covered by the sheet 11 to the transmitting original 2. At the same time, no foreign substance attache onto the surface 4a owing to the antistatic metal film provided on the side of the original 2 of the sheet 11.
