Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The outer moving mold 9 and successively the slidable core 8 are retreated after the resin is reached in the area of the thermoelastic condition after molding, further, the core main body 6 is also retreated and the large diametral forming section 6b thereof is positioned at the peripheral wall section 13a of the socket side opening. Subsequently, the socket side moving outer mold 9 is returned again to a forming position to form the socket with the forming surface 9a of the outer mold 9 even if there is a part not restoring because of a weak thermoelastic restoring power while the peripheral wall 13a of the opening is abutted at the internal peripheral surface 13d thereof against the large diametrical forming section 6b of the core main body 6, thus, the resin is hardened.
