Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure the light to be measured of a wide wavelength range rapidly and accurately at high resolving power by disposing plural photodetector arrays in plural rows in the longitudinal direction of wavelengths. CONSTITUTION:The light to be measured falls onto a spectroscope constituted of concave mirrors 2, 4 and a diffraction grating 3 through a slit part 1. The light to be measured having entered through the slit part is paralleled by the concave mirror 2 and falls onto the diffraction grating 2. The light scattered by the diffraction grating 3 is condensed by the concave mirrot 4 and forms the spectral images according to wavelengths, thereby focusing as different spots 6, 7 on the photodetector arrays 5 provided on the imaging plane. The arrays 5 are disposed in plural rows in the longitudinal direction of wavelengths.
