Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a compact device which can detect the flow rate of cereal grains by providing separately operating two switches between the forked parts of a switch operating arm which is divided in a fork shape in the turning direction of an actuator mounting body. CONSTITUTION:An actuator mounting body 2 having a sensor 3 is freely turnably and pivotally fitted at (a) in a discharge cylinder 29 from the inside of a sensor box 1. A switch actuating arm 4 dividing to a fork shape is mounted to the insertion part 2b in the box of the body 2 and further two switches 5, 6 of which the respective forked parts 4a, 4b operate separately are juxtaposed in the forked opening of said arm and are so energized that one forked part 4a keeps the switch 5 turned on at all times. If the switch 5 is manually turned off and cereal grains flow down in the cylinder 29, they push up the sensor 3 and the off-state of the switch 5 is maintained. When the cereal grains clog in the cylinder 29 and the sensor 3 is pushed upward, the switch 6 turns on, and therefore the amount of the cereal grains is detected.
