Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize more effective air-conditioning control in a means which controls the preheating or precooling of an air-conditioned space so that it has been at a given temperature by the time it is started to use, by a method wherein the solar radiation amount and the outer air temperature of the day are predicted from the sunshine degree of the preceding day in order to obtain the starting time.
CONSTITUTION: In operation, a thermal load predicting mechanism 1 first performs the transition prediction 30 of the solar radiation amount heat on the output of a pyrheliometer 11. In other words, the average sunshine degrees in the morning, afternoon and evening of the preceding day are obtained from the maximum and minimum solar radiation amounts every hour on the hour for each month and the solar radiation amount data of the preceding day, and from said values, the weather tendency of the day and the sunshine degrees in the morning, afternoon and evening of the day are presumed as well as the solar radiation amount every hour on the hour is calculated. Then, based on the output of an outer air temperature sensor 12, the transition of the outer air temperature is predicted 41, and from said result, the transition of the outer wall load is predicted 40.
