Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the range finder adapted to mass production, by providing an unmovable reflection light leading-in device to simplify the optical light path. CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from light source 14 is reflected by material 15 to be measured with no great distance and is incident to part B of rectangular slit 16c of receiving-side part 16a of reflection light leading-in device 16 and is emitted from part D of rectangular slit 16d of emission-side part 16b and reaches photodetecting device 17. Similarly, the light reflected by material 18 to be measured at a long distance is incident to part C of slit 16c and is emitted from part D of slit 16d and reaches photodetecting device 17. Plural photodetectors are arranged on a line in photodetecting device 17, and the light is detected in positions corresponding to distances.
