Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a drooping function effective to a fluctuation of a load torque without loosing a speed balance of each stand even at acclerating and decelerating by a method wherein only a load current value is fed in the drooping circuit formed in a speed control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A drooping amount operating circuit 15 is formed outside the speed controlling device of the DC motor 2 having a current control loop and a speed control loop. A load current arithmetic unit 2a is provided on the preceeding stage of the drooping amount operating circuit 15, a calculation value Ia of an acceleration- deceleration current obtained by feeding an armature voltage VS as an input to a simulation circuit 9a of a transfer function of an armature circuit is sabtracted from a detection value I of an armature current to feed only a calculation value I corresponding to the load current as an input to the drooping amount operating circuit 15. Whereby a working precision can be increased without the speed balance being loast by rolling stands respectively having motors.
