Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the missing of data at switching, by inptting optical input signal to reproduction relay device through branching, and also inputting the output of the reproduction selay device and a part of the optical input signal to a photobrancher and optical switch. CONSTITUTION:An optical input signal 601 is inputted to a reproduction relay device 602 via a photobrancher 600. Optical signals 605, 606 are inputted to an optical signal switching circuit 604. Optical signals 609, 612 of the photobrancher 607 are applied to a photocoupler 617 via optical switches 611, 614 and the relay device 602 is bypassed. In case that the relay device 602 is passed, the optical switch 611 is switched after the optical switch 614 is switched. Thus, missing of transmitted data during switching can be avoided.
