Abstract
PURPOSE: To form by drawing a thin-walled metallic single vessel body of easy reclamation by laminating a metallic foil and a thermoplastic resin film by means of a hot melt adhesive layer, solftening the adhesive layer and forming the laminate by drawing then heating the same and separating the film.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic foil 3 and a thermoplastic resin film 1 are laminated by way of a hot melt adhesive layer 2, whereby a laminated sheet 4 is formed. The metallic foil 3 of this sheet 4 is beforehand lanced 5 to a required blank shape and blank holder plate 7 are kept heated up to the temp. at which the adhesive layer 2 softens. After the sheet 4 is held between the plates 7 and a die 6 and is heated, punches 8 are pressed to form the sheet, whereby circular recessed parts 9 are formed. Then, the sheet 4 causes material flow toward the centers of the punches 8 and annular grooves 10 are formed by the rib outside circumferences around the recessed parts 9 and the cut walls of the lancing lines 5. Then, the formed vessel is carried to a heating station and is heated by a heater 11 it is pushed out by the restoring force of the film 1, whereby the thin-walled single vessel body made of the metallic foil 3 is formed.
