Abstract

PURPOSE: To hold the concentricity of a rotary body at its rotation at high speed, by forming the coupling part of a shaft in a hollowed shape, circumferentially providing a plurality of slits, giving a tightening margin to a rotary disc and mounting the shaft to the rotary disc.
CONSTITUTION: At the center of a rotary disc 1 integrally formed with a barrel 2 a round hole 3 is perforated. A center coupling part 5 of a shaft 4 is formed to a hollowed cylinder circumferentially formed with four slits 6, and outside diameter of said cylindrical coupling part 5 is set to slightly larger than inside diameter of the round hole 3 in the rotary disc 1. Then to the round hole 3 in the rotary disc 1 the cylindrical coupling part 5 of the shaft 4 is press fitted to mount the shaft to the disc by a bolt 7. At rotary operation at high speed, even if the round hole 3 of the rotary disc 1 is spread outward by centrifugal force, the cylindrical coupling part 5 of the shaft 4 can follow expansion of the rotary disc 1 to hold the concentricity.
