Abstract
PURPOSE:To make small the size, to make low the cost and to reduce the passing loss, by providing a plurality of microwave oscillators in parallel with a transmission line having an output point and a reflection point respectively via T-branch, and selecting the output from the oscillator with microwave switches. CONSTITUTION:To a transmission line 31, microwave oscillators 11-1-11-n are connected respectively via T-branches 32-1-32-n, and microwave switches SW33- 1-33-n are provided every connecting point of the T-branches. SW33-1-33-n are controlled with SW35-1-35-n which turn on/off the bias supply circuit for the power supply Vdc in interlocking with SW14-1-14-n. When either one of SW14-1- 14-n is selected to be on, the output of the oscillator corresponding to it propagates toward the line 31 bidirectionally, and the microwave toward a reflection point 37 is reflected and follows the microwave transmitted to the output point 36. The passing loss can be reduced by setting the distance L which is from T-branch to the reflection point 37 as L=1/2 wavelength X K (where; K is a natural number) when the reflection point is opened, and as L=1/2 wavelength X an odd number, when the reflection point is shortened.
