Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain water-proof and dust-proof functions without deteriorating ventilating function by a method wherein a ventilation passage having a one-way opening is formed in the form of T or L by the connecting hole through a mounting plate and a mounting part of a vacuum device. CONSTITUTION:One end of the 1st connecting hole 4 is opened to an inserting hole 3 through the inner and outer parts of the housing 1 of a distributor and the other end is opened to a convex part 5 provided on the side of the mounting plate 2 of a vacuum advancer 12. The 2nd connecting hole 17 is provided by the mounting plate 15 and the convex part 5 and a practical T- or L-form ventilation passage is made by intersecting the two connecting holes 4, 17 at right angles. Thus, together with the fresh air introduced from another ventilation hole, the harmful gas produced within the distributor is exhausted by the rotating operation of a nonillustrated rotary shaft, a governor advancer, a distributor rotor and the like to the outer part of the housing 1 through the inserting hole 3, the 1st and 2nd connecting holes 4, 17.
