PURPOSE: To simplify and to clarify production control without reinforcement of facilities and changes of layout by dividing variety of products into groups in the sequence of processes and their composition.
CONSTITUTION: In case where processes are divided into four groups in composition with the sequence of processes of four types of products, such as A, B, C, D, they comprise a means of storing in-process products belonging to their groups in their group units which pass through their processes per process in first-in first-out method (2aWd in the process A) and a means of indicating the number of the in- process products in the next process of the same group (1aWd in the process B). What have been done the operations extracting from the storing means in a certain group proceed the operations in respective processes in such a way that as a rule that they are always sent to the storing means for the same group in the next process, in compliance with their display means, the in-process amount in the next process may be a constant reference value in the group units.
