Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize an ejection condition in the case when a sine wave apt to an unstable condition ends by a method wherein a wave-form of sine wave-form voltage applied to an ink jet head is controlled, and slowly sttenuated. CONSTITUTION:When signals a as gate signals 203 input a sine wave from a sine wave terminal 201, synchronizing only by one cycle and a voltage wave-form (b) is generated as the output of an amplifier 204, voltage is amplified by means of circuits consisting of each power amplifier element 205-208, and drive voltage with a wave-form (c) is applied to a piezoelectric element 4 connected to an output terminal 209. Thus, the process of absorption of ink is slowed more than normal sine wave voltage is applied, back-flow action generated at a nozzle section 9 is inhibited and the ejecting action of ink can be stabilized.
