CONSTITUTION: When the temperature of cooling water is lower than a prescribed value in warming operation, a switch 6 corresponding to water temperature is in closed state, and the coil 12 of a relay 3 is energized, and a contact 4 is closed. Therefore, primary current is fed to a distributor 5, and the engine continues operation. When warming operation is completed, and the switch 6 corresponding to water temperature opens, if a driver is on a driver's seat 9 or a heater fan 11 is in operation, at least either one of a switch 8 corresponding to seat load and a heater switch 10 is in closed state, then the relay coil 12 is energized, and operation continues. If both switches 8 and 10 are OFF, the relay contact 4 is opened, and the engine stops operation.
