Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve measurement precision by measuring the temperature of a torsion bar in operation without touching and by automatically correcting fluctation of torque sensitivity by setting a correction coefficient. CONSTITUTION:Gears 2a and 2b fitted at both ends of torsion bar 1 are provided with electromagnetic detectors 3a and 3b oppositely. Noncontacting thermometer 4 equipped to torsion bar 1 consists of temperature gauge 5, measurement bridge 6 connected to this temperature gauge 5, input rotary coil 7a, input fixed coil 7b, output rotary coil 8a, output fixed coil 8b, synchronous rectifying amplifier 9 connected to those coils 7a and 7b, and 8a and 8b, and a signal processor. To this signal processor, a saw-tooth wave generating circuit and a delay pulse generator circuit are added to correct automatically fluctuations of the torque sensitivity of torsion bar 1.
