Abstract
PURPOSE: To attain remote control of two objects of control with a single lever by providing a controller therefor with a cam member which can be pivoted to first and second controlling regions.
CONSTITUTION: If a main lever 8 is displaced from a neutral position into a clutch controlling region, a cam member 13 is also pivoted in a same direction to push out the first roller 28 of a lock member 25 from a recess 21a of the cam member 13 against a spring 29 into rollig engagement with the outer periphery of the cam member 13. Pivotal movement of a toothed portion 19 by pivotal movement of the cam member 13 pivots the first actuating member 15 through engagement of the toothed portion 19 with a toothed portion 34 of the first actuating member 15 to move a core 49 of a clutch controlling cable 47 through a pin 37. With the main lever 8 displaced into a throttle controlling region, a roller 43 is moved along a cam groove 18 by pivotal movement of the cam member 13. The second actuating member 16 is thereupon pivotally displaced through a pin 42, a link 41, and another pin 39 to thereby move a core 50 of a throttle controlling cable 48.
