Abstract
PURPOSE: To use the enrgy generated in combustion of the captioned waste timber for heating a room by a structure wherein on the upper part of a combustion furnace there is provided a storage of the waste timber capable of automatic feed, the combustion gas is introduced into the heat exchanger in the inner part of the combustion furnace and the water is heated.
CONSTITUTION: The combustion furnace 1 has a grate 12 in the inner part and its inner wall is covered with refractory material 11. A water pipe 15 is buried in this refractory material 11 and the water in the water pipe 15 is heated by use of conductive heat transmitted to the furnace wall. The front end of this water pipe 15 is connected with the lower half position of the heat exchanger 3 to communicate each other. Further, combustion gas pipes 31 connecting with the inner part of the combustion furnace 1 is provided in the heat-exchanger 3 and the combustion gas pipes 31 in the upper half part is guided to a chimney 5 through a blue 4 arranged along both outer walls of the waste timber storage 2. This waste timber storage 2 is provided on the upper part of the combustion furnace 1 so that it can automatically feed the timber therein.
