Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to know the present time in the area concerned at the time when dialing has been made, by storing the list showing the difference in time corresponding to the area code of each area, and displaying the difference in time or the time of transmitting destination, which has been calculated from said difference in time, on the calling telephone set side. CONSTITUTION:The timer 23C in the control circuit 23 generates a pulse at every constant interval, and gives an interruption to the CPU23A. The CPU23A sets the Japanese standard time by counting the interrupted pulses, and writes it in the prescribed memory area in the memory circuit 23B. When the Japanese standard time which has been read out in this case is made ''T'', the CPU23A executes the operation of ''T-C'' (provided that C shows the difference in time). The circuit 23 sends out the data showing said time X1, X2, Y1, Y2 to the data highway 21 through the interface circuit 22 from the I/O circuit 23D. Said data are amplified by the amplifier, and after that, they are sent out to the data line 101 through the hybrid transformer. The conversion code is provided to the indicator 2C1 through other I/O circuit.
