Abstract
PURPOSE: To remove the lime smell of a paste made from the starch of the devil's- tongue of its own, and to improve nutrient value by addig soybean protein to fine powder of the starch of the devil's-tongue.
CONSTITUTION: Fine powder of the strach of the devil's-tongue is blended with deodorized fine powder of all fat soybean (soybean protein), for example, 2pts.wt. fine powder of the starch is blended with 1pt.wt. deodorized fine powder of all fat soybean, water is added to the blend and boiled, and lime water is added to the blend which is stirred and molded.
