Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the time for controlling starting in a method of controlling engines of automobiles, by starting the minimum task to be executed according to a minimum starting period, through interval interruption, and starting other tasks successively in starting periods of multiple systems. CONSTITUTION:Soft timer leg bits F1, F2...F8 are provided in order to control task groups in a manner that they are started roughly at fixed periods. These bits are corresponded to the starting periods of multiple systems, for example, F1 to 10msec and F2 to 20msec...F8 to 1,280msec respectively. The relations between the task groups started at fixed periods and said starting periods are shown in, for example, Table 1. Here, the task 0 started at every 10msec is started by interval interruption, and on starting of said task, the other tasks are started successively at the starting periods of multiple systems based on the decision results of the soft time lag. Thereby, the time required for controlling the starting of the tasks may be shortened.
