Abstract

PURPOSE: To control the internal pressure of an actuating space toward the lower part of the abnormal noise generation area and prevent the abnormal noise from being generated by providing a flow regulating valve actuated in accordance with the number of engine revolutions at the oil exhaust passage of the actuaring oil from an oil pump driven by an engine.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid joint 1 opposes a pump 11 and a turbine 12 which have blades 11a and 12a, respectively, and forms an acutuating space 13 between them. If forms also an oil passage 17 which opens to an engine room at the axial center between the engine output axis 4 and intermediate axis 6 and introduces part of engine oil to the actuating space 13 as hydraulic oil. Rotating power is transmitted from the pump 11 to the turbine 12 through this hydraulic oil. In this case, a flow regulating valve 7 which adjusts oil exhasut amount and the internal pressure of the actuating space 13 is provided at the oil exhaust passage 20 which is formed at the outer position in the radial direction of the output axis 4. This regulating valve 7 is provided with a valve 71 which opens through a spring 76 in response to the number of revolutions corresponding to that of the output axis 4.
