Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the wiring in the vehicle by connecting switches and electrical equipments to a central unit via terminal units having an identical circuit and transmitting information by way of said central unit and switches by time sharing multiplex communications.
CONSTITUTION: The switches Sa and Sb, electrical equipments EEa and EEb, and the like are connected to the central unit CE by way of the common wiring via the terminal units having the identical circuit TE1WTEm. The combination of each switch and corresponding each electrical equipment is predetermined, and said combination is stored in the central unit CE. The central unit CE is operated by a specified program, and sends out the terminal designation signal which designates the terminal unit, clock pulses, and the like. The terminal designating signal (a) is sent to a shift register in the terminal unit TE1. When the shifting is exceuted by the clock pulse, the shift output is given to the next terminal unit TE2 as a terminal designating signal (b). BY the AND value of said shift output and the control signal from the central unit, a signal is sent from the terminal unit TE2 to the electrical equipment EEa.
