CONSTITUTION:The transistor T is connected to the emitter-follower via the sample X. With application of the rectangular pulse 1 through the terminal (a), the pulse 3 is applied to the terminal (b) of the sample X. In such circuit, the effect of the sample X is reduced to the crest value V2 and rise time tau2 by the transistor T. As a result, a constant rise characteristic can be ensured for the pulse 3 regardless of the impedance of sample X.
