PURPOSE:To improve the electron emission characteristic by employing specific composition ratio between total mol of alkali earth metal oxide or main component of electron emission material to be impregnated in the cathode and Al2O3. CONSTITUTION:Main component in the components of electron emission material or alkali earth metal oxide and Al203 are mixed with mol ratio of 3:1 then burnt under high temperature. Such composition of material will provide stable compound resulting in considerable improvement of electron emission characteristic.
