Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve an adhering property to a photosensitive layer by a method wherein the surface of an aluminum plate is ground mechanically after an anodizing treatment.
CONSTITUTION: After the surface of the aluminum plate is degreased and cleaned by caustic soda solution, it is treated by an electrolytic etching treatment in a solution containing 0.1W10wt% of hydrochloric acid or nitric acid with a current density of 10W100A/dm2 for 10sec to two minutes and the surface thereof is made into a complexed configuration by porositizing and oxidizing effects due to dissolution. After the electrolytic etching treatment, it is anodized in electolyte consisting of a solution containing sulphuric acid to form an oxidized film along the configuration thereof substantially on the rough surface formed by the electrolytic etching treatment. Subsquenetly, it is ground under pouring slurry or the like containing an abrasive such as water, alumina or the like to adher the photosensitive substance firmly by treating the outermost surface of the oxidized film contacting directly with the photosensitive substance.
