Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance economization and simplify a system by controlling ''connection'' code transmission and receiving of a subscriber selection multifrequency code signal between the incoming register and the trunk by a DC signal and by controlling it between the trunk and signal transmission terminals by an AC signal. CONSTITUTION:A receiving station is constituted by incoming register 6 which receives a multifrequency code signal, trunk 4 which transmits and receives a signal communication control signal to and from the other party station, and incoming register link 5 which connects trunk 4 and incoming register 6. When the system is started by the other party station, the preparation completion signal to be transmitted from the receiving station to the other party station is a DC signal between incoming resister 6 and trunk 4, and thus DC signal is converted to an AC signal by trunk 4 and is transmitted. When receiving this AC signal, the selection signal transmission terminal starts transmission of the ''connection'' code. In the receiving station, the ''connection'' code is received by the incoming register, and the incoming register transmits information, which indicates that the ''connection'' code is received, to the trunk with the DC signal, and the trunk stops the AC signal when receiving the DC signal and instructs ''connection'' to the terminal above.
