Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a reduction of HC in the exhaust gas, by baking an epoxy resin, with dispersed scaly aluminum and molybdenum disulfied, to the outside part of each side seal.
CONSTITUTION: In the outside part of a side seal 5 of the rotor side surfaces 4a, is provided a coating layer 11. The coating layer 11 is constructed by applying and baking a coating material, consisting of an epoxy resin 14, where 10W25wt% scaly aluminum 12 and a molybdenum 15W30wt% disulfide (MoS2) 13 are dispersed, and its layer thickness is regulated to more than 30μ.
