Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the highly efficient elimination for the dirt at the measuring detection part without using any special drive control mechanism, by driving the rotary brush mechanism for its pressing to the measuring detection part plus rotation by means of the flow of the measured fluid.
CONSTITUTION: The rotary brush mechanism consisting of shaft 21 to which rotary wing 13 and push plate 15 are fixed along with brush 14 attached to the tip of shaft 21 is installed into the barrel opposing to measuring detection part 12. At the same time, branch line 5 is provided via valve 19 to the upstream current path of part 12 to be linked to the barrel opposing to the detection part. To eliminate the dirt of part 12, the measured fluid is introduced to current path 7 from current path 1 via valve 19 plus current paths 5 and 6 in order to give turning to wing 13 as well as press plate 15 toward part 12.
